About this ride
In the bicycle remix shared on X after the demo, two people on a plain city bike take the same curved ramp the car took, go upside down, flip in the dark and land in a cloud of smoke as if nothing happened. Upload a photo of yourself, or of you and a partner side by side, and the bike, the ramp and the timing are done for you.
Tips for the bike ramp flip
- A photo of two people standing close together gives the rider and passenger version; one person rides alone.
- Full-length or knee-up photos work best, so the model can see shoes and trousers on the pedals.
- Dark jackets and light tops read well against the night set, as in the original.
What is already set for you
- The subject: an ordinary black city bicycle with a wicker basket on the front, ridden by the person or the couple from Image 1 (the second person sits sideways on the rear rack and holds the rider)..
- The scene: a closed night test track in open flat country.
- The timing: Every ramp ride leaves the top of the ramp at six seconds and lands by nine. The four flight rides have no ramp and follow their own timeline.
